Tai Chi
Teri McNamara visits us every few months to offer a special workshop or class. In these sessions you will learn the Healing Movement and Meditation Form. The foundation of this form is an easy to learn, short sequence of exercises derived from traditional Tai Chi and Qigong forms. Because there is symmetry and repetition of movement, the body assimilates and benefits from the exercises quickly. Anyone, regardless of their current level of health, can use these movements, since they can be adapted to sitting or reclining positions, as well as standing. See about upcoming workshops
