Kettlebells & Pilates Mix
Instructor: Leslie Hamp, Certified Stott Pilates® Trainer

No matter your age or fitness level, Pilates and kettlebells will help you feel better in your body and more comfortable in your life. In this class, you will be guided through variations of each exercise that you can master quickly and easily. The combination of Pilates and kettlebells will get you fit fast, and you'll enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded women and men also striving for good health and fitness.

Pilates Flow

A 60-minute revitalizing workout that tones, strengthens and helps release the stress of the day.

Kettlebells ($5)
Instructor: Nichole Kunze-Bietka

Swing and squat your way to a leaner, more toned and stronger body with Russian Kettlebells. This 30 minute class is enough to get your heart pumping, muscles firing and still be home in time for dinner.

Yogalates
