<p>For students who have mastered the basics of the TRX Suspension Trainer, or for those who are looking for a fat-blasting, cardio-infused workout, our new drop-in TRX classes are an hour-long, and will integrate cardio and plyometrics. Drop-in classes start the week of May 1 and are taught by certified TRX instructor. <p>Linda Mundt, RYT 500, returns April 21 and 22 for special workshops aimed at creating space in body and mind. Her Feng Shui workshop on Saturday will focus on clearing clutter and creating space for a peaceful mind, and will be most effective if each person brings a concern or issue to work on.</p>
<p>Sunday's Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain class is sure to be an amazing experience. Linda, who herself, has had to recover from a major shoulder surgery in the past 2 years, holds a wealth of information about re-learning movement patterns and using yoga techniques to help with the all-too-frequent tension we hold in our neck and shoulders.</p>
